Cyprus Education Minister visits G/C victim of London bomb blasts
Nicosia, Jul 13 (CNA) -- Cyprus Education and Culture Minister Pefkios Georgiades visited yesterday in London Royal Free Hospital, Daniel Kolia of Greek Cypriot origin, who was wounded from the terrorist attacks in London.
Georgiades, who is in London to attend a meeting of EU Education Ministers, under the British EU Presidency, conveyed to Daniel his personal wishes and the wishes of the Cyprus government for speedy recovery.
He also invited her to visit Cyprus as a guest of the Cyprus government, once she recovers.
Greek Cypriot fifty-two-year-old Philippos Patsalos, a university professor and researcher at the National Institute of Neurology was also wounded from the attacks.
On Monday, Georgiades met with British Education Ministry high ranking official Mukund Patel, who is responsible for school buildings.
He also met with Archbishop Theatiron and Great Britain Gregorios.
