CONSULAR INFORMATION

This section aims to provide information on the consular services administered by the Embassy and address all consular-related issues. For any further information and/or queries, you may contact us on consulate@cyprusembassy.net or 202-462-0632 (during office hours).

Please note that we operate a mandatory appointment system for all those services where an in-person visit at the Embassy is required.

All applications submitted to the Embassy must be accompanied by the “Particulars of Applicant” form, duly completed with all required contact details.
Particulars of Applicant Form

Consular fees are payable in US $, based on the € equivalent. We currently only accept money orders, payable to: "The Accountant General of the Republic of Cyprus".

Please contact the Consular Section of the Embassy at 202 462 0632 or the General Consulate in New York at +1 646 905 1143 before submitting any application for the correct amount.

In case of emergency only⁎ please contact the 24/7 Duty Officer line of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on +357 99 660129. (⁎emergency constituting a serious, unexpected situation requiring immediate action)

Appointment slots may be limited. You are encouraged to plan and book in advance.
Masks are mandatory while in the Embassy building.
Only one person may be allowed into the building at a time (with the exception of minors to be accompanied by an adult).
